Your assignment
As the CEO, your mission is to shape the future of PVO International and achieve its goals. You are responsible for strategically overseeing PVO International on a global scale, understanding the complexities of an international organization, and identifying opportunities and challenges. You lead the company and its leadership team as an entrepreneur with a strong strategic vision, focusing on achieving results and their BHAG: 180 million panels in Europe by 2030.
During the first year, you will get to know the organization, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and develop a plan of action. Stakeholder management is central to this process. You will also be involved in all processes and engage your management team in improving them. Together, you will take significant steps towards the future of PVO International!
